Hi, I'm Heather Sullivan, and I have been fortunate to spend more than 30 years in the banking industry serving members and building meaningful relationships. As CEO, I am honored to follow in the footsteps of my amazing predecessor, Anderson. Connie built a strong foundation of service, trust, and commitment, and I am proud to continue that legacy while bringing my own passion for putting our members first.

For me, banking has always been about people. I believe in leading with integrity, working hard, and creating an environment where our members feel valued and our team feels supported. Helping others and making a positive difference in someone's day is what inspires me every day.

Outside of work, my greatest joy is spending time with my family, especially my six-year-old grandson, Kaiden, who keeps me smiling and reminds me of what's most important in life. When I'm ready to unwind, you'll usually find me watching a good horror movie. I believe life is about working hard, treating people with kindness, and making the most of every moment, and that's the approach I bring to both my career and my life.

Know that none of us would be here, if it weren't for you. Thank you for giving all of us hope, love, and knowledge that we will use to continue the legacy. Happy Retirement Connie! We'll miss you!

She specializes in Business Treasury Management services and is an expert in financial reconciliations that are critical to preventing errors, detecting fraudulent transactions, ensuring accuracy and integrity of company financial records. Throughout her career, Lori has been committed to strengthening financial controls and improving operational efficiency. Her depth of industry knowledge and diligence make her a trusted financial leader and strategic partner for sound business decisions.

Outside of work, Lori is a devoted dog mom who enjoys spending quality time with her close friends and family. When relaxing, you'll often find her watching television, spending time with her dog, or making memories with people she loves most.
