This is a full bathroom remodel we did. The customers were concerned mold had spread due to some previous leaks. We did a full gut and remediation of mold . A little late posting but we are officially closed on 518 Willow Ave! It was great working along side a new investor on this one .Lots of ups and downs but in the end we are thrilled to move on to the next one ! It has been a little bit of down time between projects but happy to say we are about to start our next house!! It has a fantastic location just outside of mohawk and hoping renovations are under 6 weeks. The house is in pretty great condition so hoping for no major surprises!
