Your security is our priority, and we want to take a moment to remind you of an important best practice.

We have been made aware of phone scams in which callers pose as financial institution representatives and attempt to collect sensitive information — such as passwords or account details — over the phone.

If you receive an unsolicited call from someone claiming to be from HTFCU, the safest course of action is to hang up and call us back directly using the number on the back of your card or on our official website.

A few things to keep in mind:
• We will never call you and ask for your full password or PIN
• When in doubt, hang up and call us — we'd rather hear from you than have you take a risk

Our Dimmitt location's internet service provider is currently experiencing an outage which has caused our Dimmitt branch to go down. At this time, we do not have an ETA on when service will be restored. Our Hereford branch is not impacted by this outage.

Update: As of 12:58 all files have been received and are being worked now.

There has been an issue with the posting of our morning ACH files. We have our ACH vendors diligently working on the issue; however, as this is a widespread issue, a fix is taking longer than we anticipated. We understand how inconvenient this may be, but can assure you we are staying in contact with our vendor to ensure this is resolved as quickly as possible. We will update this post once the files are posted.
