We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who participated in this year’s CU4Kids Dallas Cowboy fundraiser. We’re excited to have sold the winning ticket once again and can’t wait until next year’s fundraiser to hopefully do it again. Thank you all for helping us help children in our area and congrats to the winner!!

Dimmitt Branch Announcement:

Connectivity to our system is currently intermittent due to upgrades being performed by our internet provider. Due to these interruptions, the Dimmitt lobby will remain closed; however, the drive-up will be open. Our Hereford branch is not impacted and is open and ready to serve you. Any updates to this situation will be posted here.

8/1 7:50 am update:
It appears the system is no longer in store and forward mode. Balances should be accurate at this time. Our core processor continues to monitor the situation. We will update this post if necessary.

10:35 pm update:
The system was put in store and forward mode due to an issue encountered during the end of month processing. Unfortunately, the backup being utilized is outdated, resulting in the balance discrepancies. The issue cannot be corrected until all month end processes have been completed. We will continue to update this post as information becomes available to us.

We’re aware of discrepancies within home and mobile banking. We have been in touch with our core processor and they believe they have pinpointed the issue and are diligently working to get this corrected. We apologize for the inconvenience and will keep this post updated with any new information as it becomes available.

We have been made aware of phone scams in which callers pose as financial institution representatives and attempt to collect sensitive information — such as passwords or account details — over the phone.

If you receive an unsolicited call from someone claiming to be from HTFCU, the safest course of action is to hang up and call us back directly using the number on the back of your card or on our official website.

A few things to keep in mind:
• We will never call you and ask for your full password or PIN
• When in doubt, hang up and call us — we'd rather hear from you than have you take a risk
