I’ve seen firsthand what it takes, I saw Bill rebuilding operations, changing systems, making hard decisions for his company last year, It’s not easy, but it’s necessary.
My goal is simple: build something that lasts-structured, scalable, and done the right way from the ground up 4 years of picking up management experience, lots of lessons, lots of wins.
Access is part of that. Expanding how I serve the Latino community was a pain point and helping first-time homebuyers isn’t a side focus- it’s foundational for me, new products address that.
