5.0 star review received on Experience.com for Grace Davis by Cesar I A - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I had an amazing experience working with Grace Davis! As a Realtor, I truly appreciate working with lenders who go above and beyond for their clients, and Grace did exactly that.
She was able to find a great loan program that helped my client achieve their dream of becoming a first-time homeowner. Throughout the entire transaction, Grace demonstrated exceptional communication, provided consistent updates, and worked diligently to keep everything on track while meeting our closing deadlines.
What stood out most was her dedication, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure both my client and I were informed every step of the way.
Grace is truly a rockstar lender! I highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home, especially first-time homebuyers. I look forward to working with her on many more transactions!

What’s your plan for the next decade? Have you addressed your pain points? Do you have the discipline to keep improving?

I’ve seen firsthand what it takes, I saw Bill rebuilding operations, changing systems, making hard decisions for his company last year, It’s not easy, but it’s necessary.

My goal is simple: build something that lasts-structured, scalable, and done the right way from the ground up 4 years of picking up management experience, lots of lessons, lots of wins.

Access is part of that. Expanding how I serve the Latino community was a pain point and helping first-time homebuyers isn’t a side focus- it’s foundational for me, new products address that.

Thank you for believing in the vision and most importantly in yourselves. .mortgage_girl

Just got home—long day, but the sense of accomplishment makes it all worth it. I ❤️ this moment, Key Day 🔑

I met S + R two months ago. They were living between San Mateo and San Ramon, ready to take the leap and move in together, they considered owning instead of renting.

They weren’t sure if the timing was right, or even what that next home would look like. worked tirelessly alongside them, traveling to Castro Valley, San Ramon, and everywhere in between, helping them explore every possibility.

After going through all the possibilities they made a decision and today, they closed in San Ramon.

I stopped by with a small gift, and to my surprise, they had one for me too. Moments like that mean everything, seriously.

Congratulations on this next chapter. We are so proud and truly honored to have been part of your journey. 🏡✨

Hard work, great people, and the Bay Area behind us 🌁 Sometimes you need to pause, enjoy the view, and remember why helping people find a place here is so special. Feeling lucky to call the Bay Area home 🏠.

When clients refer their friends, their parents, their coworkers or mention you in a room you aren’t even in - what they’re really saying is, I trust you.

This year, we helped 50 families purchase or refinance their homes, and 84 families as a team. Some moments were tough, other days we were elated with a win 🏆 at times I questioned myself, but every day we showed up and got the work done.

As I look toward 2026, my focus is one word: quality.

We have the right team, and values to serve our clients well. I’m committed to protecting the client, honoring the trust placed in us, and showing up at a high level without losing the personal touch.

I want to take care of the people, agents, clients already here. I’m deeply grateful to everyone who’s supported me and my team along the way. Thank you so much.

Happy Holidays🎄
