The Muscogee Nation is launching the first tribally owned Medicare Advantage plan in the United States.

The Muscogee Nation says it identified key gaps Oklahomans commonly face in their healthcare coverage and developed this plan to address them.

Native Advantage is a Medicare Advantage HMO plan that provides *all* Medicare-eligible individuals (not just tribal citizens) in its 11-county service area with benefits they’ve been missing, like extended dental, vision, hearing, and transportation coverage.
