We are celebrating two events for America’s 250th anniversary this year!

On Friday, July 3, join us at Dorey Park from 6-10pm with live music, a laser light display, fireworks and a spectacular hot air balloon show!

On Saturday, July 4, we will be at Crump Park from 5-10pm with the Richmond Symphony. There will be laser lights, a kids-zone and another Hot Air Balloon show! Gates open at 4pm.

These events are free and open to the public.

We are proud to announce our 2026 scholarship winners! Emmerson Pelletier took home the Fran Chaffin Memorial Scholarship. The Judy A. Davis-Poore Memorial Scholarship was awarded to Neveah Ng Roland. Finally, our Continuing Education Scholarship was awarded to Cameron Brooks.
