North Central Bank is currently hiring for a Full-Time Multi-Functional Teller at our Hennepin office. Send resume to [email protected].
As a Teller with NCB, you'll provide financial services to customers in a confident and professional manner that ensures efficient operations and excellent customer service. Being a self-starter and sharing a positive attitude with an enthusiastic approach to daily tasks is required. NCB provides a team-focused platform. Candidates must be reliable and responsible.
Duties include (but are not limited to):
Process customer transactions over the counter, drive-thru, night deposit, via mail, internet (online and mobile) and telephone.
Actively promote NCB products and services to customers
Research and assist with customer questions and provide timely solutions
Maintain a balanced teller drawer - Cash handling experience preferred
Process and update customer information within our processing system
Attend educational webinars/seminars/training
Schedule to include Saturday hours
Attention to detail, accuracy, strong organizational skills and neatness are a must.

Our Ladd Lobby will be CLOSED TODAY (5/28/26) due to renovations being completed. The Drive-Up will remain open our normal hours - 7:30 am to 5:00 pm. The Ladd Lobby will re-open on Friday and return to regular hours.
