A Little About Me — The Face Behind O'Brien Insurance Agency!
We've had quite a few new faces join our page recently, so I thought it was the perfect time for a proper introduction!
For those I haven't met yet, I'm Stephen, owner of O'Brien Insurance Agency.
First and foremost, I'm a husband, a proud father of three, and a small business owner working to build something meaningful for both my family and the community I serve.
A little about my background...
Before getting into insurance, I worked as a paramedic. It was a career that taught me compassion, responsibility, and the importance of being there for people when they need you most.
About five years ago, I transitioned into the insurance industry as a captive agency owner, representing a single insurance company. During that time, I built incredible relationships, helped countless families protect what matters most, and gained invaluable experience in the industry.
Recently, I took another leap of faith and launched my own independent insurance agency.
Why make the change?
Because I wanted the ability to offer my clients more options, more flexibility, and access to multiple insurance companies so they can find coverage that truly fits their needs and budget.
While my career path may seem a little unconventional, one thing has remained constant throughout every chapter: helping people and being someone they can count on.
Being a husband and father has only strengthened that mindset. Protecting what matters most isn't just something I talk about professionally. It's something I think about every day with my own family.
But enough about insurance!
I want this page to be about more than policies and premiums. You'll see community involvement, local businesses, family moments, giveaways, and hopefully a little fun along the way.
Starting this new chapter as an independent business owner has been both exciting and challenging, and I'm incredibly grateful for everyone who has supported us so far.
