Getting pre-qualified is great but our company is taking it a step further. We are underwriting our files BEFORE our clients are under contract!

This means that we have verified and approved the main reason deals fall through - the financials. This allows for a quick close, happy customers and sellers who get their money faster - who could argue with that?

We are a few weeks through the new year and hopefully sticking with our New Year's resolutions and aspirations. If you're anything like me, a new house at the top of my list. My goal for 2021 is to purchase a home of my own with a big back yard for this guy to run around in! This year has been a whirlwind for many families with the coronavirus. There has been lose of income, households and most importantly life. This Christmas season will feel different for a lot of people but that shouldn't change the way we treat our neighbors. This season is about giving back and our team at HomeVantage Mortgage is doing exactly that.

This month, “HomeVantage Nashville Gives Back” is sponsoring a 12 Days of Christmas GoFundMe. HomeVantage Mortgage Nashville will start the GoFundMe by providing $3,000. Over the next 12 days, from December 1st to December 12th, we will be accepting contributions to add to our initial pledge. At the end of the donation period, Shawn Ireland, my branch manager, will personally match all contributions made after the initial amount. In addition, if you submit an application with a HomeVantage Nashville Mortgage Banker between Dec 1 and Dec 12, we will add an additional $100 to the fund in your name. The total amount raised over the next 12 days will be divided equally and given out to 12 families from our community on December 15th.
If your family wishes to enter the drawing to receive funds this Christmas, or if you’d like to recommend a deserving family – Email [email protected] with a brief description of your situation/need this holiday season.

Your submissions will remain anonymous. This GoFundMe will close at 11:59pm on December 12, 2020. The final amount will be split evenly between twelve deserving families, chosen by an impartial panel.

Even though I am in Nashville, this is not only for people in this area. All of my friends from the St. Louis area are free to participate if there are families that could use the assistance.
