He was very friendly and available whenever we needed him. Any time we needed something explained, or even if we had a "silly" question, there was no hesitation for him to explain or clarify on anything! He made sure that we were comfortable with such a big decision in our lives, and that was what really mattered in our transaction. We would definitely reccomend him and the team at Movement Mortgage to anyone who would be buying a home!

It always felt like he was in my corner, working to help sort things out and always responded quickly to every question I had. I know he was serving as an intermediary between me and the underwriters but there were times whe I was told I would receive an update by a specific time but then that wouldn't happen. Even if there was no development, it is still nice to hear something like, "hey i know i said we hoped to have some news by this evening but unfortunately nothing has changed." There were just a couple of times i felt forgotten. While the process of securing a loan was far more frustrating than i had imagined, working with Rick was a bright spot. I had lots of questions along the way and Rick always explained things in a way that felt clear and informative, never condescending. He was a great partner through it all. It was also great to meet him in person at closing. The dude is just a good time all around.
