There’s a different kind of strength that comes when you stop feeling like you have to have it all together.

As women in business, we’re taught to be confident. Be strong. Be professional. Handle it. Keep going.

But life doesn’t stop happening just because we have goals to hit, people counting on us, or a business to run.

Vulnerability isn’t the opposite of strength. Sometimes it’s the most powerful form of it.

It’s being able to say, “I don’t know.”
To ask for help.
To admit when something is heavy.
To lead with heart without believing that makes you any less capable.

I’m learning that I don’t have to choose between being a strong woman and a soft one.

I can be both.

And maybe that’s where the real power is. 🖤
