MEMBER SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE
Gibbs Credit Union is looking for a knowledgeable, highly motivated individual to join our team. This position will educate new members on the various products offered, as well as provide excellent customer service to existing members.
The credit union has been available to employees of Gibbs Die Casting for over 50 years. Offering members many services, which include; savings, share draft, and club accounts, as well as time deposits, and many different loan options.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Review various daily reports to balance, and insure accurate application, etc.
• Obtain strong working knowledge of Credit Union products and system
• Process member requests and respond to inquiries
• Research and obtain resolution of any member issues
• Monitor delinquent accounts and perform collection duties
• Perform other duties as requested or assigned
Qualifications:
• Must have HS Diploma or GED and be at least 18 years of age
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Self motivated
• Attention to detail
• Banking or accounting experience preferred
