We know it's been a hard week so far for everyone. We are still currently closed. We apologize for this inconvenience but want everyone to stay safe and warm. Sidewalks are not safe for you to walk on, still have ice on the roads , our phone system is not working at this time and we are experiencing Internet issues. So we will continue to be closed through Wednesday and look forward to being open again on Thursday. Stay safe and bring your pets inside.

Due to the possibility of bad weather, our office is anticipating closing on Thursday. Right now, we are unsure about Friday. Usually, if the school buses are not running, we feel it is not safe for any drivers out there. So please stay home, dry, warm and safe.

If the roads clear up in a timely manner, we will reopen. In the event of an emergency, you may call our Customer Care Center @ 1-877-889-2294, or you can leave a message at our office number 903-657-4200.
