Duty Agency – Farmers Insurance

I’m looking for a entry-level professional who is hungry to learn, willing to work, and wants an opportunity to grow.

You do not need insurance experience. I’m more interested in finding the right person — someone who is coachable, competitive, dependable, comfortable talking to people, and motivated by results.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Working new leads
• Making outbound calls and following up with prospects
• Learning how to quote and sell insurance
• Building relationships with potential clients
• Working inside our CRM and sales systems
• Learning the insurance business from the ground up

Who I’m Looking For:

✅ Hungry and self-motivated
✅ Comfortable spending a lot of time on the phone
✅ Competitive and goal-oriented
✅ Professional and dependable
✅ Willing to be coached
✅ Wants a career opportunity — not just another job

Licensing:

📚 An insurance license will be required for the position, but you do NOT need to be licensed to apply.

If you’re the right fit, getting licensed is a very manageable process, and we can help point you in the right direction. Prior insurance experience is not required.

We can teach insurance. I’m looking for someone with the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.

There is real opportunity to grow your responsibilities, income, and career as you develop.

You may have noticed something different in the newest Farmers Insurance commercials...

We've gone pink.

At first glance, it may seem like just a new color. But for me, it represents something much bigger.

Farmers has launched a new brand focused on one simple idea: Honesty Is Our Policy. The goal is to make insurance easier to understand, communicate more clearly, and help people know exactly what they're buying before they ever need to file a claim.
That message resonates deeply with me.

Since the day I opened my agency, I've believed that insurance isn't about selling a policy—it's about earning trust. I believe in taking the time to explain coverages, answering questions honestly, and making sure my clients understand what they're paying for. My job isn't just to protect your home, auto, business, or family—it's to give you confidence that you're properly covered.

So yes... we've gone pink.

But more importantly, we're doubling down on what matters most: honesty, integrity, professionalism, and putting our clients first.
