Meet Kristin Eastwood, Agency Producer at Riese Duty Agency in downtown Henderson.

Kristin is a wife, mom, Nana, and proud East Texan whose faith and family guide everything she does.

Her background includes real estate, management, and body shop estimates and claims. She’s seen firsthand how much the right insurance coverage can matter when life takes an unexpected turn.

A little late sharing, but we loved Henderson’s National Night Out last Tuesday!

We enjoyed getting out with the kids and spending an evening in our community. Thank you to the first responders, volunteers, and everyone who helped put the event together.

As a dad and a local business owner, evenings like this remind me why I’m grateful to call Henderson home.

I’m looking for a entry-level professional who is hungry to learn, willing to work, and wants an opportunity to grow.

You do not need insurance experience. I’m more interested in finding the right person — someone who is coachable, competitive, dependable, comfortable talking to people, and motivated by results.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Working new leads
• Making outbound calls and following up with prospects
• Learning how to quote and sell insurance
• Building relationships with potential clients
• Working inside our CRM and sales systems
• Learning the insurance business from the ground up

Who I’m Looking For:

✅ Hungry and self-motivated
✅ Comfortable spending a lot of time on the phone

Licensing:

You may have noticed something different in the newest Farmers Insurance commercials...

We've gone pink.

At first glance, it may seem like just a new color. But for me, it represents something much bigger.

Farmers has launched a new brand focused on one simple idea: Honesty Is Our Policy. The goal is to make insurance easier to understand, communicate more clearly, and help people know exactly what they're buying before they ever need to file a claim.
That message resonates deeply with me.

Since the day I opened my agency, I've believed that insurance isn't about selling a policy—it's about earning trust. I believe in taking the time to explain coverages, answering questions honestly, and making sure my clients understand what they're paying for. My job isn't just to protect your home, auto, business, or family—it's to give you confidence that you're properly covered.

So yes... we've gone pink.

But more importantly, we're doubling down on what matters most: honesty, integrity, professionalism, and putting our clients first.
