Four mistakes that will cost you your commission. 🚫

1️⃣ Leaving blanks on your notarial certificate → REJECTION.
2️⃣ Illegible or smeared seal → REDO IT. NRS 240.040 requires a legible seal.
3️⃣ Not signing your (notary) name on the document—-REJECTED!!
4️⃣Notarizing without the signer present → REAL trouble. RON notaries are the only exception.

Nobody told me about the money side of Notary work. In Nevada, you can charge $15 per signature per notarial act, but loan Signings and estate planning- that’s a whole different paycheck.
