He was always available and very knowledgeable about all the newest and trending loans. Especially the loans that worked best for us. As a result of being very involved, we managed to complete our loan process very quickly.
We would definately reccomend Johnathan and the associates and Guild Mortgage for anyone looking to purchase or finance a real estate property.
