Catapult is excited to share that Amy Wiles, currently our Vice President of Client Services, has been promoted to Chief Campaign Strategist.

Amy brings more than 25 years of experience in fundraising, with a deep background in campaign planning, ex*****on, and strategic counsel. Her expertise, steady leadership, and commitment to excellence have made her an invaluable member of our team.

In this new C-suite role, Amy will lead all campaign efforts across the company. She will manage and direct every aspect of our campaign services, ensuring consistency, quality, and strategic alignment for both our staff and our clients. Her leadership will help us strengthen our processes, elevate our service delivery, and guide Catapult into the next era of our company’s history.

Zina has been an integral part of our organization for 24 years. Her deep institutional knowledge, strategic mindset, and unwavering dedication have played a critical role in our success and growth.

In her new role, Zina will help lead Catapult into the future. She will focus on strengthening existing policies, creating new processes to streamline operations, and ensuring the continued financial strength of the company.
