Cyber security suggestion.
Turn multi factor authentication on every account that is financial.

 I just attended a cyber webinar with Travelers and I will share that later. If you are a business owner without cyber insurance, you should watch this when I share it.
Here are some notes that I took.
Iran wants to attack small businesses it’s all about money to them
China wants to go after major infrastructure like water plants, electrical systems, large businesses
North Korea, it’s all about money to run their government. Businesses are ATM to them as much money as possible from small businesses
Three things that businesses should do are setting up multi factor authentication on as many accounts as you have
Use backup systems in case you do get attacked. You can recover your data from your backup
Set up communication systems in your company. Know who to call. Tell your employees who to call if they believe something has happened.
If somebody is nagging you to send them money via wire, take a nine second break and wonder is this how that person always ask you for money. If it isn’t, call that person and ask them.
 Set up verification habits before you wire money
Watch out for the helpdesk scams.
Never respond to a bank email because Banks do not send emails
Medicare does not contact anyone. Hang up and block the number or email
