Did you know that even with tile roofs, the felt underneath the tiles only lasts so long, and will wear out, and can cause leaking and more into your house? The felt should be checked and replaced as needed, or it can lead to mold growth, and even worse a non covered claim on your insurance due to wear and tear. Have your roof sheathing checked by a licensed roofer. Here in the Vegas heat, it doesn't last long.
