We're open on Columbus Day! On Monday, 10/12, our team is ready to pre-balance and get docs prepped for your closings. Because it's a Federal Holiday, wires can't be processed and loans can't fund, but funding picks back up Tuesday, 10/13.

Locks will be accepted via the TPO portal on Fannie, Freddie, FHA, VA, ARMs and VA Cash Out>90LTV. Non-QM and DPA locks will not be accepted until Tuesday, 10/13. Reach out to your AE with any questions!
