This buyer used seller money for a temporary 2-1 buydown: 4.5% payment year one, 5.5% year two, then 6.5%.

Not a 4.5% mortgage. A negotiated deal.

My out-of-town friends ask me all the time:

“Where should I play golf in Vegas?” ⛳️

My first answer in summer is “Nowhere!! It’s 112°. Are you insane?” 😂

But once we establish that heat stroke isn’t part of the day’s plan, I give them my usual list.

So I went a little overboard and made this.

20 Las Vegas golf courses visitors can ACTUALLY play. Public, resort-access and a few harder-to-get tee times worth chasing.

Some are spectacular. Some are solid. Some may cost you more than you’ve ever paid to be on a golf course. Some are here because sometimes you just need a tee time.
