Here are some tips to help protect your home from heavy rains!

~Have your chimneys inspected. Cracks can allow water to seep in.
~Make sure your gutters are clean. Damage can be caused to your roofline, soffit, or other areas.
~Check the condition of your seals around windows, doors and other openings.
~Check for any missing or peeling paint around your windows and doors to prevent wood rot.
~Periodically have your roof inspected to check for damaged or missing shingles that can allow water to leak in.
