It’s hard work being the Junior Happiness Officers in training! They have big shoes to fill with the passing of our Chief Happiness Officer Charlie in December. Stop by the office and see them. They are going to need all the help they can get to learn the ropes around here. I’m still trying to figure out how to get a job where I get paid to sleep all day 🤔?!?

It’s with heavy hearts, our office had to say goodbye to the best Chief Happiness Officer Charlie. He loves greeting and visiting with everyone that stopped by. Most of the time they would come in to see Charlie and wave at me 🤣. He was an irreplaceable piece of our staff since we opened December 2017. Charlie came with me everyday and loved every minute of it. I hope you get lots of treats and belly rubs across the rainbow 🌈 bridge. We love you!

🌟Introducing Chuck Bucks - Spreading Holiday Cheer in Helena! 🌟

This Thanksgiving season, Ray Pevy State Farm and our Chief Happiness Officer, Charlie, are launching "Chuck Bucks," a community initiative aimed at helping local families in Helena. Starting next week, we will place Chuck Buck envelopes at various locations such as grocery stores, gas stations, etc throughout Helena. No purchase necessary! Simply find an envelope, take a photo, and share it on social media to spread the joy. Our goal is to provide a helping hand during the holiday season. One of the most rewarding things about being a State Farm agent is helping my customers during the hardest times. Today I hand delivered a check to a policyholder whose home was devastated by yesterday’s tornado. Now they can get a hotel room, rental car, food, and any other necessities. Many roads are still closed & most of the area without power. There was no time to wait on an adjuster to survey the damage or claims to be filed, these people needed our help now, and I’m glad I was able do just that!
