According to Realtor.com, active housing inventory is nearing 1.2 million homes nationwide, the highest level since November 2019. That means buyers may have more homes to consider than they've had in years.

When I work with buyers, more inventory gives us more to work with. It can open up possibilities around location, features, price point, and the kind of home that actually fits what you're looking for.
