Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong cleint relationships, providing personalized insurance recommendations.
Sales: Identify potential cleints, generate leads, and sell various insurance policies.
Policy Explanation: Explan insurance products, terms, and pricing to clients needs.
Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends/new products.
Networking: Attend events and leverage marketing strategies to grow the cleint base.

Qualifications:
Property and Casualty License Required
At least 2 years experience CSR or agent preferred
Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
Positive attitude, willigness to learn, adaptability to change.
Proficient in basic computer skills.
Knowledge of Applied Epic a bonus.
