Be prepared for the upcoming weather!

Freezing weather is coming!

Be sure to let your faucets trickle water, both hot and cold side. Especially faucets that are near outside walls.

Close all vents in crawlspace walls.

Open cabinet doors to fixtures containing water supplies. Especially on outside walls.

Remove garden hoses from outside hose bibbs. Remove backflow preventers from lawn irrigation systems.

Warm frozen interior pipes with a hair dryer.

Insulate any exposed piping or use heat tape.

Call us if you need the water off at the meter. We have personnel available 24/7 no matter the weather.
