Purchase contract received 1/13. Appraisal ordered 1/17 and received back today. Loan cleared to close today 1/19! Now we have to wait on the title company.🤷‍♂️

Another refinance cleared to close in 3 days!!!!!. Why would you even think about calling your bank to have them tell you it will be 2 - 3 months for them to complete your loan? DONT MISS OUT ON THESE HISTORICALLY LOW RATES!
