Lillian was part of the First Federal family for 30 years. She will truly be missed.
Lillian Joan Stacy, age 89, of Vicco, KY, passed Saturday, August 15, 2026, at her home. Lillian worked 30 years as a loan officer and teller at First Federal Savings & Loan of Hazard. She was a devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Lillian and her husband Marcus "Rex" Stacy enjoyed camping, traveling & the fellowship with lots of good friends they met along the way. Lillian read the Bible daily, and she spent much of her time sewing, crocheting & knitting quilts.
Lillian was the daughter of the late Russell L. Ingram & Ruth Ford Ingram. She was also preceded in death by her Husband: Marcus "Rex" Stacy and One Brother: Russell L. Ingram.
Lillian is survived by Two Daughters: Barbara Joan Coots (Roger), Vicco, KY & Becki Jane Stacy, Hyden, KY; Five Grandchildren: Shawn Roger Coots (Andrea), Brandon Joel Coots (Jami), Lacey Nicole Miller (William), Stacy Lynn Messer (Danny) & Mark Anthony Smith as well as A Host of Great-Grandchildren, Family & Friends.
Arrangements are being handled by Maggard's Mtn. View Chapel in Hazard, where the family will receive friends from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, Wednesday, August 19, 2026. Funeral service will be at Maggard's Mtn. View Chapel at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, August 19, 2026. Interment will be at Resthaven Cemetery, Jeff, KY.
