How to find your 1095-A online.
Login into your Covered California Account
http://www.coveredca.com/
On your homepage in the top right corner of the screen you will see “Secure Mailbox”. Click on “Secure Mailbox”.
There will be an email labeled “IRSForm 1095A 2015”
When you open the file your 1095-A should be the second to last page.
*If you cannot find that e-mail for whatever reason please follow the directions noted below*
On your homepage, you will see a timeline that summarizes your current enrollment. There will be a box above each section of the application process and if that section is complete, the box will be green with a white check-mark.
Click on the box above “SUMMARY”
On the left column under SUMMARY, click on "Documents & Correspondence"
On new document list, locate “CalNOD62A_2015IRSForm1095A_2015” then click "View" on the far right.
When you open the file your 1095-A should be the second to last page.
