Last month our office closed a V.A. loan with no fuss, in less than 30 days. More importantly, the V.A. appraisal came back lickity split, with no issues or repairs required on a home built in 1900.

I bet that if I were to poll 100 realtors, 99 of them would say that 123 year old houses cannot go V.A. This is simply not always correct, and too many veterans are passed by as buyers.
