We created a Facebook presence as a means of creating conversations with both customers and non-customers and we’re glad you’re here. We hope that this page is both a place where we can share communicate as well as have a little bit of fun! Before getting started, we do feel that we need to put a few ABC’s of engagement out there:

post anything specific about your account, and neither should you. Never include personal information in your posts such as account numbers, social security number or addresses. If you have a specific question, please either call us during business hours or send us an email. Bite your tongue if you have anything nasty to say. The Bank’s page is not a place to post inappropriate, mean, hateful, harassing, threatening, obscene comments or to promote illegal activity. Contribute, comment and share information that makes sense to share with other Haverhill Bank followers! Ads for other services or businesses just don’t belong on the page. We don’t like to have to say it, but if we feel that certain posts aren’t in line with these ABC’s, we will remove them. And, if things get really nasty, we will block people too.
