GREAT ADVICE ON SAVING MONEY. This is a very good article with 101 tips. For instance #90, the 48 hour rule. Consider a purchase for 48 hours before you pull the trigger. Usually you will reconsider and just say no. Also #96 Cash Envelopes. Set money aside for specific categories in separate envelopes and when it is gone it is gone. You can do this a credit union account that allows many different sub accounts. But there is just something about cash. Good luck!

DON'T CHASE WINNERS. In 2020 small company indexes led returns with a whopping 43.5% increase for the year. In 2021, after a loss in May, they are in negative territory. Some investors are drawn to investments that recently performed well only to see them drop. Get a good asset allocation that serves your needs and rebalance to it at least once a year. That will serve you much better than chasing winners.
