One instrument can take you a long way. For Adam Eccleston, the flute has been at the center of an international career. 🎶
Born in Brooklyn’s Little Caribbean neighborhood, Adam is a flutist, conductor, educator, and former radio host who has performed at Carnegie Hall and Kurhaus Wiesbaden in Germany and conducted ensembles across the U.S. and internationally. He has also been an Artist-in-Residence with All Classical Radio and currently chairs the Recording Inclusivity Initiative, highlighting underrepresented composers.
Adam studied with William Bennett in England at 15 and was later hand-selected by Sir James Galway to study in Switzerland at 19. Today, he holds two master’s degrees, is a Powell Flute Artist, and serves as Executive Director and Principal Flutist of Orchestra Nova Northwest.
For musicians like Adam, an instrument becomes part of a career built over years of dedication. Caring for it helps protect everything that comes with it.
