Automated systems and rude people:
So why?
After multiple calls (more than 4) to Walgreens’s in a simple attempt to find out the status of of a script , on the 6 call I finally get someone who thought it was ok to yell at me!Mr.Standly, this may be one reason In addition to all the others that you find yourself second place.
People who ARE ILL ALREADY HAVE ENOUGH TO DEL WITH WITHOUT HAVING TO THEN ENCOUNTER ONE OF YOUR EMPLOYEES WHO THINK ITS OK TO BE RUDE and when you say something THEY DENY IT!
Get the f@ #% outta here!
KEEP these employees at your stores and I know for sure you will be closing more.
