And yes, we have an office puppy. 🐾 She takes workplace morale very seriously! Teammates can expect happy greetings and plenty of kisses and cuddles on bad days (from the puppy… not your coworkers 😅).
We won’t lie… bad days aren’t exactly rare in insurance. This industry can be tough, but it can also be rewarding if you put in the time and do it right!
Our agents need to be reliable, ethical, and compassionate. It’s not about making a quick buck. It’s about helping our clients choose the right coverages so they can come back from their worst days as whole as possible.
