Today we're excited to celebrate Justine and her 8-year anniversary with TCU!
As our Senior Vice President of Operations, Justine leads with enthusiasm, dedication, and a genuine commitment to both our members and Team TCU. She's always willing to jump in wherever she's needed, whether that's supporting a team member, helping at a community event, covering in a branch so others can participate in outreach opportunities, or even stepping in as a substitute for our TCU volleyball team.
Justine is known for being a strong advocate for what she believes is best for our members and the credit union. She isn't afraid to share her perspective, ask important questions, or challenge ideas when it means achieving a better outcome. Her honesty, passion, and commitment to doing what's right help drive TCU forward and ensure our members remain at the center of everything we do.
Beyond her leadership, Justine brings energy and personality to every room she enters. She helps make the workplace engaging, encourages those around her to bring their best, and fosters a culture where teamwork and member service go hand in hand. Her willingness to lead by example and support others has made a lasting impact across the organization.
