So, what do the 10-year Treasury and mortgage rates have in common? Because mortgages are backed by various bonds and securities, the low cost of a 10-year bond is translated into savings on a mortgage.

Lower yields on Treasury bonds equal lower mortgage interest rates, and lower rates mean homebuyers could save money when purchasing a new home, a bigger home, or even a second home.

Did you purchase your home in 2018? Then its likely your mortgage rate is in the mid to high 4s. You should probably refinance. PM me!!
Did you do a loan modification? Is the loan for 40 years now? It probably is. If you aren't sure, you should check!!!..... and if you are sure that it is 30 years, then you should still check cuz it's probably 40. AND you should pm me to refi!!!
Stop making the banks rich! Don't call your bank. They don't want to refi you and lose money. PM me!
