We're excited to introduce Jim Marshall, one of our new Commercial Lenders at The Harvard State Bank.

With more than 35 years of banking and lending experience, Jim specializes in commercial owner-occupied and investment real estate lending, including purchase, refinance, and construction financing. He enjoys building relationships with customers, understanding their goals, and helping them find financing solutions that fit their needs.

Jim credits growing up with six sisters for teaching him the value of listening—a skill he brings to every customer conversation.

Outside of work, Jim is a licensed IHSA basketball official and softball umpire. He also enjoys sporting clays, upland game hunting with his English Springer Spaniel, Penny, gardening, golfing, and off-road biking.

We are saddened to share the passing of Roger Lehmann, former President and CEO of The Harvard State Bank.

We are grateful for his many years of leadership, dedication and service to the Bank and our communities. Roger was an important part of The Harvard State Bank’s history, and his contributions will be remembered.

Our thoughts are with his family and loved ones.
