I am currently looking to fill the full-time position of office manager at my local business in Hartland. This position could start out as part time and move into a full-time position (if you’re not ready for full-time).
Responsibilities include:
Answering phones/helping customers
Creating invoices, receiving payments, deposits, writing checks, paying bills, etc. (Quickbooks)
Drafting letters and other correspondence (Microsoft word)
Processing credit card payments
Other administrative duties to help keep the office running smoothly.
