⚾️ FARMERS LOVES THE BREWERS! ⚾️

A couple weeks ago, Farmers District 50 traded quotes, policies, phones, and computer screens for a little time together at a Milwaukee Brewers game! 💙⚾️

Because building a strong team isn’t only about production numbers and hitting goals. It’s about connection, culture, relationships, and actually enjoying the people you’re working alongside.

The best teams know each other beyond the business. They celebrate together, learn together, challenge each other—and occasionally spend an afternoon cheering on the Brew Crew together.

Days like this remind me that culture isn’t something you talk about. It’s something you intentionally build.

Last week’s BNI Wisconsin Mega-Chapter session was such a great reminder of something I believe strongly⬇️

Business doesn’t have to be built through competition. It can be built through collaboration.

More than 100 professionals, four BNI chapters, different industries, different goals — all in one room looking for ways to connect, refer, support, and help one another grow.

That is the kind of business community I want to be part of. 🩷

I was also proud to attend alongside my Farmers Insurance agent partner, Sebastian Caravella. Watching him continue to grow, build relationships, and expand in the commercial space is exciting — and I’m grateful to work alongside him as we pursue big business insurance goals together.

The best opportunities often come from simply knowing someone, trusting someone, and being willing to make an introduction.
