As an administrative assistant, the candidate will join a growing team that originates small business loans and merchant cash advances throughout the country. The candidate will perform functions including, but not limited to:

• Works closely with the sales team to manage relationships with clients.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel.
• Alerting the sales team to opportunities for further sales within key clients.
• Letting customers know about other products the company offers. ( P.C.)
• Reporting targets and KPI’s as set by the Head of Sales.
• Working closely with CEO/Founder to assist with day-to-day activities.
• Identifying and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients.
• Monitoring company performance against service level agreements and flagging potential issues.
• Updating the CRM and ensuring account managers are aware of changes within clients.
• Passing leads to the sales team and following up on progress.
• Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.

• Respond to business owners seeking capital for their
business
• Maintain a pipeline of potential clients
• Making calls to qualified applicants
• Preparing initial files for submission to the underwriting
team
• Communicating and following up with clients
• Manage clients in our CRM (database) system
• Offer a suite of merchant service products

Desired Skills
Prior Sales Experience
Experience in Merchant Cash Advance Preferred but not necessary
Excellent Written and Communication Skills
Self Motivated Individual
Ability to commute everyday to Downtown Hartford, CT
