Forte Bank is pleased to announce that Brian Cosio has joined the team as Branch Manager of its Hartford location. Brian brings a strong background in banking and financial services, with experience focused on leadership, operations, customer experience, and team development.

Prior to joining Forte Bank, Brian spent nearly four years with Bank Five Nine, most recently serving as Customer Service Manager Floater and previously as Universal Banker Floater. In these roles, he developed a reputation for hands-on leadership, operational excellence, and delivering consistent, high-quality service in fast-paced banking environments.

Brian’s strengths include leadership, problem-solving, relationship building, and creating positive team cultures that support both employees and customers.

Brian recently graduated summa cm laude from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a Bachelor of Business Administration. Prior to that, he earned an associate degree in Business Management from Moraine Park Technical College, graduating with a 4.0 GPA.

In his new role, Brian will lead the Hartford branch team while building strong relationships, supporting customers and the community, and delivering the friendly, personal service that defines Forte Bank.

Congratulations to our two incredible Youth Apprentices from Hartford High School who are graduating this year! We are so grateful for all the hard work, energy, and dedication they’ve brought to our team over the past year.

The Youth Apprenticeship program allows high school juniors and seniors to gain paid, real-world work experience, earn school credit, and develop industry-specific skills under the mentorship of a Forte team member.

We wish our YA’s the absolute best in their next adventure after high school! The future is incredibly bright for both of these talented individuals.

Forte Bank is excited to share that Ashley Mueller recently joined Forte Bank its Commercial Lending Team as a Vice President and Business Banking Officer. Mueller brings more than 14 years of commercial banking experience across multiple financial institutions, with a strong background in business banking, commercial lending, portfolio management, and credit analysis.

Most recently, she served as Vice President, Business Banking Relationship Manager at Old National Bank, where she focused on portfolio growth, client relationship management, and business development throughout the Milwaukee market. Prior to that, she held several commercial banking leadership and credit roles with First Midwest Bank, Park Bank, and Town Bank.

Mueller earned her Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Loras College and brings deep expertise in credit structuring, risk analysis, and relationship-driven banking. Mueller will play a key role in expanding Forte's commercial banking presence and delivering value to our customers and communities.
