Rockingham County Farm Bureau Voting Delegates and guests attended the Virginia Farm Bureau Annual Convention at the beautiful The Omni Homestead Resort in Hot Springs,Virginia. Highlights from the convention were celebrating the retirement of Wayne Pryor after serving 18 years as Virginia Farm Bureau President and electing a new President Scott Sink and new Vice President Robert Mills.

In honor of Veterans Day, we would like to recognize Michele Hensley, Member Service Specialist in our Rockingham Office!

Michele enlisted in the U.S. Air Force in 1998 and served until 2000. During her service, she worked with the Military Personnel Flight (MPF) unit stationed at Buckley Air Force Base, as part of the Aerospace Dynamics Division outside Denver, CO.

Thank you for your service to our country, Michele, and Happy Veterans Day to all the men and women who have served in the U.S. military!
