The Myrias Group, a fast-growing independent wealth management firm serving individuals, families, and their businesses for over 40 years, is currently seeking an experienced Client Service Associate to join our growing and ever evolving team in our Richmond location.

We are seeking a talented individual who will step into an instrumental role by providing client relationship support by deepening existing client relationships and providing exceptional service with proactive communication.

Key Responsibilities:
· Greeting clients upon arrival and extending hospitality to clients
· Call clients or prospects to set up meetings or appointments
· Prepare forms for appointments
· Conduct client appointment reminder calls, and check-in calls on follow up items
· Answering calls to the office
· Answer questions and provide readily available information to clients, if requested and as allowable, as it relates to servicing their accounts
· Maintain and order office supplies
· Set up and maintain client management system
· Perform other allowable duties as assigned by the financial advisor

Compensation
Negotiable, depending on experience. Salary range is $20-$25 per hour. Potential for incentive bonuses.
