JUNE NEWSLETTER

We have moved our offices from the basement at the back of the Berlanti building to the upper floor at the front of the building. The move was accomplished with no interruption of service to our members. Our drop off mail box is still located at the rear of the building, under the awning.

Reminder: We are open all summer and you can gain access to your money at any time. Simply contact us by email ([email protected]), by phone (914-777-2935), by fax (914-777-3915). When making a withdrawal please include your name, address, phone number, account number and the amount you wish to withdraw.

The state of our finances is good. We have operated in the positive for over a year and have had several positive audits with the auditors of the National Credit Union Association.

The $2,500 special loan sale has been extended through 9/30/21, at a rate of 4%, payable within one year. The $5,000 loan sale is still available at a rate of 4.99%, also payable within one year.

Please note: All ten-month employees who have loans are responsible to make monthly payments over the summer months. Payment coupons have been sent to those loan holders.

Please send your personal email address to [email protected] if you have not already done so. We need to update our files and it will enable us to contact you with important announcements, closings, etc.

PLEASE NOTE -

Since the credit union is open every Wednesday all summer from 1 to 4 PM, we DID NOT send out Summer Withdrawal Forms to 10 month employees as there is no need. You can withdraw money from your accounts any time you want. Last quarterly statements notated on top new procedures for withdrawals.

Since it has been working out very well since the coronavirus
began - moving forward, we will ONLY be accepting withdrawals via email to [email protected] (address is not case sensitive) You can also contact us with any questions regarding loans, opening up an account, etc. through this email.

Checks will be processed on Wednesdays during normal business hours so please make sure your request is emailed by 12 Noon on Wednesdays.

Please note that when sending an email for withdrawal that you include the following:

Name
Mailing Address
Phone #
Amount of Withdrawal

Also please provide us with your personal email address - We would like to set up a database so we can contact everyone and keep you updated with news of loan sales, when statements are mailed out, etc.

We are starting a new procedure for all withdrawals which will make it much easier for members to process a request for money.
