Our fraud department may occasionally reach out via text messages or phone calls to confirm transactions made with your debit card. If you ever feel uncertain about a communication from them, simply reply with "no." They will then restrict your card, and you can contact us during business hours for assistance. Remember, when our fraud department calls, they just require a straightforward "yes" or "no" from you to verify. Yes you recognize the transaction or no, you do not recognize it. Communication with the fraud department should end there, and you should contact us during normal hours. Repeated call or texts after that would be a red flag that you are talking to scammers.

Please exercise caution with any texts, calls, or emails related to your account or transactions. Always be wary about sharing personal information. Avoid clicking on links or dialing numbers provided unless you are 100% sure they are legit. And remember, we have card controls that allow you to turn your card on and off 24/7. If you don't have this set up yet, please reach out to us for information on how to get started.
