Thanks for the memories... after 36 years of serving the Harrison community and beyond, I am retiring, effective 12/31! It's been the greatest honor to serve our customers, so many of whom have become friends. We've watched your families grow, your businesses thrive and been with you through the best and worst of times. So much to reflect upon, but for today, I'll just say thank you to our wonderful customers, the greatest group of team members over the years, my colleagues, my husband and business partner, Gene, my amazing network of talented professionals and State Farm for a fantastic ride! Today, I helped a woman file a death claim on the life insurance policy that she and her husband took out several years ago. He died last week at 50 years of age. She is devastated, but relieved to know that she can continue to pay her mortgage and meet her expenses. I'm heartbroken for her and their son, but grateful for the opportunity to be here in her time of need.
