The school year has started and we have lots of classrooms signed up for our Coordinator to visit! We are looking for farm families and area businesses to sponsor classrooms still available. Agriculture in the Classroom provides agriculture accurate lessons and resources to students and teachers.

Our Member Appreciation lunch happened yesterday and was a great success. We served pork burgers and hamburgers to around 200! They were cooked by our expert line up of Saline County Farm Bureau directors. Saline Gallatin Ag in the Classroom was there with activities featuring Farm fun! Our Country agents and financial reps and their staff were there handing out Prairie Farms ice cream novelties. We were so busy that we did not get many pictures but we want to thank everyone who came and helped and especially thank you to the Saline County AG FAIR and thank you to our members!! We appreciate you!

It is giveaway time!
We are giving away a Family 4 Pack to FRIDAY night of the Saline County AG FAIR. Friday night features Whippoorwill Rodeo! The pack includes 1 free parking pass, 2 adult tickets and 2 child tickets to the grandstand for the night of July 24.
