Since taking over 2609 N Front St in March, it didn’t take long to uncover the truth — just 2 weeks in, we found a major leak 💧 in the bathroom. Previous ownership used duct tape 🩹 as a fix and let it rot from the inside. We ripped it down to the studs 🔨, discovered black mold ☠️, and started fresh.
