🐾 MEET THE KANE MORTGAGE PAW-FICE — DRACO! 🐾

Another week means it’s time to introduce another very important member of the Kane Mortgage Paw-fice!

This week, meet Draco, Victoria’s cat and our official Head of Security & Snack Enforcement! 🐱🏡

Draco takes his responsibilities very seriously. With his watchful eyes, impressive whiskers, and no-nonsense attitude, he makes sure everything around the Paw-fice is running smoothly. Whether he’s monitoring suspicious activity, inspecting incoming packages, or investigating the mysterious disappearance of treats, nothing gets past Draco! 😂

His management philosophy is simple: Trust no one, inspect everything, and always demand additional compensation in treats.

Much like our mortgage team, Draco believes that attention to detail is everything. After all, when it comes to protecting your home, you can never be too careful!

Of course, his biggest weakness? An unattended snack and the occasional cardboard box.

🔨 Mr. Zabula closed on a commercial loan for his next fix-and-flip investment! Excited to see this project come to life!

❤️ Pearl & David Henry closed on a very special home purchase, using FHA financing to purchase Pearl’s late mother’s home and keep it in the family!

Two completely different situations, but the same great outcome!

With his laid-back personality and impressive ability to turn just about any surface into a comfortable resting place, Walter reminds us that finding the right home isn’t just about square footage or interest rates. It’s also about having the perfect place to stretch out, relax, and enjoy life!

Last week, our boss surprised the Kane Mortgage team with a fun night out at Penn National Race Course!

We traded mortgage files and closing tables for horses and the winner’s circle! 🏇💰

A huge thank you to Kane for treating us to such a fun experience! We work hard, but we know how to have a good time, too!

This week, meet Gus, Alex Thomas’s Corgi and our official Chief Good Boy Officer! 🐶🏡

Gus may be a little closer to the ground than the rest of the team, but don’t underestimate him—he brings big personality, short legs, and executive-level enthusiasm to the Paw-fice. 😂

His responsibilities include boosting office morale, supervising snack distribution, greeting everyone like they’re his favorite client, and reminding us that sometimes the perfect home just needs a comfortable couch, a full treat cabinet, and a little room for zoomies.

Gus might not close loans…but he’s pretty good at closing hearts! ❤️🐾

🔐 We escaped! 🙌

Last night, a few members of the Kane Mortgage team joined some of our friends from Professional Referral Exchange - Linglestown Chapter for an escape room!

We put our teamwork and problem-solving skills to the test and most importantly… made it out!

It’s always great getting together outside of work and spending time with an awesome group of local professionals. Great people, great connections, and a great night!
