The Sales team has been busy the past few weeks, hitting the road to connect with agents in Ohio and North Carolina!

We also had the chance to host agents at Topgolf for a little friendly competition, lots of laughs and, most importantly, great conversations and relationship building. 🏌️‍♀️⛳

We’re grateful for the time we get to spend with our agents—whether we’re in their offices, on the road or enjoying some time together outside of work. Building strong relationships is what it’s all about!

Coleen’s journey with Millers is a great example of growth, dedication, and the opportunities that come from investing in our people. She started her career with Millers as a Marketing Representative, transitioned into the role of Field Underwriter, and today serves as an Underwriting Leader, helping guide our team and support our agency partners.

Over the past 15 years, Coleen has brought expertise, passion, and a commitment to our agents and insureds every step of the way. We are grateful for her leadership, her contributions, and the impact she continues to make on Millers.

A little sunshine, a lot of connection and a great day at Millers!

Today, our team stepped away from the everyday routine for a Grill Day filled with good, fun and connection. From burgers and hot dogs fresh off the grill to a team potluck, games, and plenty of laughs, it was a great reminder that culture is built through the moments we share together.

Our Safety & Wellbeing Team also helped keep us prepared by providing employees with fire blankets, an important resource at home and in the office.

And if that wasn't enough excitement, we also got to name an adorable puppy (more on that soon!).

We're grateful for a workplace where employees take time to connect, support one another, and have a little fun all by the way.

Nothing beats great conversations in a fun setting! ⛳

Yesterday, the Millers team had a great time connecting with our agency partners at Topgolf in Richmond, Virginia. It was a fantastic opportunity to strengthen relationships, share ideas, and enjoy some friendly competition along the way.

We're grateful for the trust our agents place in us and always appreciate the chance to spend time together—both in and out of the office. Thanks to everyone who joined us. We look forward to many more opportunities to connect!
