At Millers, we know that strong teams are built through meaningful connections—and sometimes that starts by learning what people are passionate about outside of work.
Recently, we hosted a Lunch & Learn where employees shared their hobbies, talents, and adventures. We discovered we have a podcaster, cupcake baker, scuba diver, crochet blanket maker, 5K runner, backpacker, and so much more among our team!
These conversations remind us that behind every role is a unique individual with experiences, interests, and stories worth sharing. As a remote workforce, finding opportunities to connect on a personal level helps strengthen relationships, foster collaboration, and make our culture even stronger.
